Nothing, except buy a legal copy of XP.
You may not have a Valid or legal copy of XP.

Although, I had the some problem with a pc that had win98 on it and I used a upgrade to XP cd. If this is the case contact Microsoft.
If you know you have an illegal OS, forget it.
